SHIPPING

ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. Please also ensure that your shipping and billing address match. If they don’t it can delay the shipping process. 


PROCESSING TIME

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. 

Standard domestic and international orders may take 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays, and Holidays) to process, unless an item is for pre-order. The processing time for pre-order items will be listed in the item's description.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Orders to US destinations may take 2-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed, depending on the shipping method selected and final destination of the order.

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS or the shipping provider you chose at checkout to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Reign Boutique, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim.

We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).

Reign Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


RETURN

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS  

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be postmarked within three (3) days of receiving the item. All exchanges items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To exchange an item, please email customer service at info@shopreignco.com and let us know that you will be returning an item. Please let us know if you would to exchange for a different size. Also, please include your full name and order number in your email. After notifying us of your means to exchange, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your exchange to the address we will provide to you.

 

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.


EXCEPTIONS


For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. If your item is damaged, you will need to provide proof (a photo of the damaged item) to INFO@SHOPREIGNCO.COM within 2 days of your item's arrival. If the item is proven to be damaged by us, and unworn, you will be allowed to exchange it for another item of the same price point, the same item, or a full refund.

Please Note
● Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
● The item must be unworn and must be returned with tags on them.
● Once we have received your package, your exchanged items will be shipped.
